ABOUT
Adam Bruns is a sound designer, composer, and audio engineer located in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor's degree in Music Technology.
Throughout his career within the audio industry, Adam has been involved with a variety projects ranging from music composition and recording, independent gaming, and sound design. He is an associate at Uptown Recording Studio in Chicago where he serves as a freelance recording engineer and producer for musicians of all styles and backgrounds.
Adam makes use of a hybrid of traditional music composition and modern sound design technology when producing audio content. This allows him to create sound for any genre or style, while at the same time engage the audience with an enriching media experience.
The comprehensive knowledge of all things audio has led Adam to track and mix audio on several film recordings for such companies as Comedy Central. He has created music soundtracks and sound effects with both foley recording and sound design manipulation for independent game developers. He has also produced and engineered for artists featured on Sirius XM radio and websites including PopWrapped, Indaba Music, and Reverb Nation.
His goal is to creatively collaborate with clients to make each vision a reality, producing results of the highest quality and caliber to meet the industry standard.
